1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • All tags and labels are still attached

2. Exchange Policy

If you receive the wrong size or a damaged item, you may request an exchange for the same product or another available size.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during final sale
  • Undergarments or personal items
  • Customized or personalized products

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
